Fault
1,Don't charger battery but the red light flash mean the battery voltage too low, it need connect the solar panel or adapter to charge, when full charger it will eliminated this fault.
2 ,The red light is not flash and green light is not bright when charging, you can check DC plug whether connected, panel whether have enough sunlight.
